I hold a Master of Divinity (MDiv) with a concentration in counseling and have spent more than 14 years supporting individuals and families through grief, emotional suffering, major life transitions, mental health challenges, addiction recovery, and questions of meaning and purpose. My work integrates emotional support, contemplative practice, grief care, and psychologically informed spiritual care within a compassionate, trauma-informed framework.
My approach is rooted in deep presence, active listening, and respect for each person’s unique story, values, and inner wisdom. Drawing from my experience in hospice, behavioral health, meditation instruction, and spiritual care, I offer a supportive space for reflection, healing, and personal growth.
I provide virtual sessions to individuals across the United States and intentionally operate outside of the insurance system in order to offer more flexible, relational, and individualized care.
